Wallpaper on bathroom ceiling

Hi I am a private tenant and the landlord has wallpapered every ceiling including the bathroom. Unfortunately he's used the same wallpaper as is in our bedroom so it seems to be attracting these mould spore marks. Bathroom is well ventilated, we always have window open and extractor fan on so I think it must be the wallpaper used. I've tried wiping them off which looks slightly better but seems to smudge it instead. Is there anything else I can do? Also in my daughter's bedroom the ceiling wallpaper is coming down! I've emailed letting agency and they said they'll put a note in our file but maintenance man off for a couple of weeks (this was a couple of weeks ago) would you just try double sided sticky tape? Thanks Smile

I would chase up with landlord - if rooms are well ventilated then there might be an issue with dampness, which would need to be treated. As a tenant it's definitely not your responsibility. Using double sided tape might work in meantime, but it will just be masking any real issues, iykwim.

Thanks Twinkle. It's strange because it's not happening anywhere else. The kitchen is fine. It just seems to be the steam from the shower. I think the bedroom is where they haven't stuck it properly.
