I really hate my job atm. I work in customer service and have had to put up with customers swearing, grabbing at my wrist and waist to get my attention and just general aggression. Worse still is my managers: they are rude, condescending, dismissive and talk over me whenever I raise an issue. They don't notice or care when customers are rude even though I'm relatively new to the job. They snap "Hello?" as a way of starting conversation. One repeatedly puts his hand on my shoulder, despite noticing that I find it uncomfortable. I'm constantly accused of not completing tasks that I have completed, but when I try to defend myself they immediately change the subject. I could put up with all of this, but they haven't been paying me proper wages either (they don't pay me for overtime).What do I do? File a complaint? Quit? Stress eat?
