How do they work?

Found some incriminating words on husbands phone and he's saying it could've been said to anyone at any time.

He's only had his phone for 2 months now.

I don't have a Samsung so I don't understand them..

This has been a thing for ages now. Started last year I think. People ending up with other peoples learned words. I keep getting some random's email address pop up. They say they've fixed it now but I'm sceptical. Here: www.theregister.co.uk/2016/07/29/swiftkey_denies_keyboard_app_security_flaw/

On his keyboard?

That would be because he's typed the word a few times and the phone has 'learnt' that your DH has used it often

StarryCorpulent

That's worrying Shock

Yeah I know. I wasn't even aware until I started getting suggestions for blowjob and random emails and I googled it.

Bananamama1213 · 11/08/2017 18:43

Well I'm just being a very over dramatic pregnant lady over it..

He showed me the incriminating words were used in a conversation with his friend, about one of the games they play.

I flipped for no reason basically. But he's only used one of the words once and it already appeared in the learned words bit.

I sat in the bathroom for an hour haha.

Aww, at least it's been explained for and there's nothing to worry about. We all get a bit like that

Bananamama you haven't done anything wrong. Its not like you threw him out or refused to believe him after he showed evidence. You took a pragmatic approach, asked for advice and have confirmed and calmed down now. Nobody will think any less of you for that.
