To worry how I'll cope

Not really an AIBU but not sure where else this belongs and could do with some support.

I've struggled with insomnia since I was pregnant with DTs (now almost 3), sometimes worse than others but in the last 18 months it mostly settled into a rhythm of getting off to sleep fine then waking around 4am unable to get back to sleep. That's been broadly manageable as long as I get to bed at a reasonable time.

I'm now 13 weeks pregnant with DC3 and starting to lose it a bit. DTs mostly sleep fairly well (7.30pm - around 6am most days) but I just can't sleep myself. I think I'm averaging 2-3 hours a night and its starting to take a toll. I work 4 days a week so DTs are in nursery 3 days a week and with DM 1 day but the evenings are relentless. I'm managing to get through work ok but I'm at the end of my tether by the time I get home to poor DTs and DH.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar or has any tips?

I have never experienced long term insomnia, but have you tried listening to ASMR videos on YouTube with headphones to help you drop back off? A lot of the comments are from insomniacs who seem to find them helpful. There are hundreds of channels and different types of video, eg talking, no talking, roleplays etc. GentleWhispering is probably the most popular I think. Eg this one:

I've never come across ASMR sweetbitter, how interesting! I'll have a look into it later on.
