Obviously IABU and mustn't be a proper mumsnetter because I have no knowledge of the stuff. Please tell me about the magical properties and uses. Do you use it straight or diluted? Where do you get it from and how much does it cost? What's the best scent? I feel like I need it in my life!

Don't get too excited, it's just perfumed disinfectant. Will make your house smell of a nice hospital Grin

otterlynutty · 08/08/2017 15:54

Jeyes fluid?

otterlynutty · 08/08/2017 15:56

There are groups on FB for Zoflora lovers lol

AuntSallyLovesWorzel · 08/08/2017 16:13

UmbrellasKeepFallingOnMyHead · 08/08/2017 16:13

You can buy Zoflora in pretty much any supermarket, pound shop, wilkos etc.

Fluffyears · 08/08/2017 16:41

I a capful of clean linen in the drawer of my washing machine with towels, pants and socks and sports kit. Oh also bedding as you sweat on it.

Arealhumanbeing · 08/08/2017 18:29

@Fluffyears

I didn't know you could use it on fabric. If it doesn't affect it then I'm doing this.

otterlynutty · 09/08/2017 10:44

I do that too @Fluffyears :)

altiara · 09/08/2017 10:59

Twilight garden is the best but you can't get it cheaply so I have a huge collection - the linen one for adding to the washing machine, lavender for downstairs loo, rose for upstairs, green apple or citrus for the kitchen.

I saw on previous threads - add it to your stream cleaner and a few drops to the filter on the hoover. I added it to the mini dyson so it doesn't smell of dog hair anymore.

Must go and buy some more today, my car smells and needs to be zoflora'd immediately.

otterlynutty · 09/08/2017 11:15

Has anyone tried the pet one yet? Does it smell nice?

Cantspell2 · 09/08/2017 11:28

Make your own kitchen and bathroom cleaners.
A cap full of zoflora in a spray bottle, add a half cup of star drops and top up with water. It will clean most things and cost around £2 to make about 6 months supply.

Katinkka · 09/08/2017 11:42

I just put bleach and zoflora in my washing machine. Will we all die? Omg

smileygrapefruit · 09/08/2017 13:22

So I joined a zoflora Facebook group.... these people are mad for it!! Top tip #1 is putting zoflora on maternity pads and sticking them around the house 😂

Oh yes the soaking in tampons and pantyliners. They just look like piss - boak

Madeyemoodysmum · 09/08/2017 15:41

How odd. Where do you stick them?

dontquotem3 · 09/08/2017 16:13

I mix mine in a spray bottle with water and soda crystals. Lifts grime brilliantly and smells nice too. Haven't come across twilight or country garden yet though Sad

Brittbugs80 · 09/08/2017 16:26

How odd. Where do you stick them

Backs of radiators. Definitely not the in the places you normally wouldGrin

I personally wouldn't use them for anything other than cleaning because of all the chemicals in there. I know some suggestions include putting them in reed diffusers but not sure that's a good idea.

The80sweregreat · 09/08/2017 16:27

its lovely , smells nice and does the job.

Arealhumanbeing · 10/08/2017 15:54

@altiara

So it's ok to put it in the tank of your steam cleaner?

I searched for this thread to ask that question as I have always wanted to do it! (Sad as fuckGrin)

crookedhooker · 10/08/2017 16:07

Soak a cottonwool.ball and hoover it up. There is a lovely smell.after you hoover for ages.
