Probably come across as over sensitive as going through various problems at moment anyway so go easy on me. But I keep seeing this 'joke' shared around social media today - folk doing the whole "lmao" thing. teeth grind in irritation. And each time I do it depresses me again. Is it just me or would you find this offensive if a DP/DH found this hilarious and was oblivious to how it could hurt women's feelings with regards to the implication all men upon sight of a 20 year old girl can't refrain from playing with themself?

See i wouldnt be upset if dh laughed at that. Although i think a small smile would be more likely than a laugh, cause its a shit joke. If anything at all.

Thanks Spartacus yeah looking at it from that point does help thank you. Guess it felt particularly hurtful in light of some recent shit behaviours of his and that I recently turned 40 so it's like hilarious I am now twice the age of female mentioned. May have been complete thoughtlessness and he just found it funny in the sense you described. Or could have a deliberate manipulative thing to make me feel shit and then look like an over reacting female. I haven't reacted to it in real life, hence trying to work it out on here and get other hopefully more sane than me perspectives
