AIBU to want someone to give me contact details for DPD that will get through to an actual person?
Delivery attempt no.8 sprawled over a 3 week period and they have just sent me a 'sorry we missed you' e-mail despite the fact we are most definitely at home and no driver has been within sight of the house yet again
