To Keep Quitting

I have a fairly stable work history, 7 years one place, 5 another, then last year, I took on a role, which I thought would be an exciting new challenge, but, being completely honest, I really did not like the atmosphere - work was interesting, but I found the place (small company) to be a bit of a hotbed of paranoia, which started to affect me quite badly.
So a while ago, I chose to leave to be able to look for a new job (long hours were making it impossible to get to interview, and short notice leave wasn't an option). Anyways, I have in the past month started a new role, and, for very different reasons, really am not enjoying it. I sort of think I will be better to cut losses now and run (I have savings to cover a short period of not working), and not really mention to new employers that I went there. I work in the type of job that is fairly in demand.
What do you think - would IBU to just quit now, but feel a bit like it may be me after two experiences like this, but you spend a lot of time at work, and a bad fit can be quite painful!
