Oh I'm so annoyed. They texted me to say my parcel would be delivered between 3.39 and 4.49 today. I made sure I was in and waited. No one turned up.
Delivery tracking then changed to between 6am and 10 pm today. Fair enough. Weird no tracking but ok. I'm not going any where.
What's not ok is I just got a text to say no one was in to sign for it and they tried to deliver. No they really didn't. So I went on their website. And here is the pic to prove they have apparantly been to my house. They actually have this piece of crap as proof on their website. What is that? Someone's finger?
Why do they do it. Just say we can't deliver. Why lie? And when you try to talk to them to complain you can't speak to a human. It's just an automated message. You can't even leave your own message, you need to email . So Aibu to be feeling pissed off i waited for a parcel and then someone fibbed or is it in some way justifiable the driver pulled this stunt?
