Hi, I have a property in Newcastle Upon Tyne. It was damaged by a tenant who had to be evicted by bailiffs and police.
They left the house in a terrible state but the insurance company say its wear and tear!!
I live abroad and this is causing severe stress.
Who anyone be able to recommend a reliable and affordable property repair / building company.
