Video calls

My son has just got his first mobile phone. I need to know how to disable the video call function. I have mcafee safe family installed but doesn't seem possible with that App. Any ideas please?

I'm sorry if it had been iPhone I could have helped but I'm sure someone on here has a Samsung that could help. Have you tried finding video calling in settings to see if you could turn it off that way?
