AIBU?

WIBU to ask for paperwork?

Long story short.

Bought 2nd hand car which, when I had it serviced, had several faults which would cost a large chunk of money to rectify.

Bit of a battle to get salesman to take responsibility and fix them FOC. But finally he agreed to sort the majority of the issues.

Going to pick up car today and not sure if I should expect him to provide written documents / invoices for the work carried out? WIBU to ask for this?

Er of course why would you think you wouldn't get an invoice? Demand one if not breaking down works carried out and cost £0 etc.

Thank you, you have confirmed what I thought TBH. Just not a position I have been in before and the guy has been so difficult I just wanted to be sure I wouldn't be unreasonable to ask for this.
