To ignore the dc?

Stuck in a hotel bedroom with dh and two dcs (2 and 5). Its lashing it down outside, & the only indoor kids place doesnt open til 11am.

We need to be at a christening at 12.

So weve pushed all the beds together and let the dcs bounce on them with cartoons on in the background while dh and I try and pretend we are alone.

YANBU. Let them let off some steam before they are required to behave in church.

We managed 20 mins before accepting the rain and going out. Back for hot showers now.
