To ask if you have a letscom fitness tracker from amazon

I know I abvu by putting this here but it's for traffic.

I bought one of the above with a heart rate tracker and the instructions are dreadful and I can't find any online. Should the heart rate tracker be on continuously when I have it set to automatic on the app. I thought it should but the green lights on the back only come on when I tap the heart rate bit on the device. Help!!!

I don't want to complain if it's doing what it should be though

Perhaps ask on the product q&a bit on Amazon, and hopefully some people who own this watch will tell you.

I have a different brand one, but looking at them, there are a load being sold under different names that look identical except for the straps, all work with the same app (Very fit) and all cost about £25.

So if it is the same as mine, it doesn't track continuously. It does it when you ask it too, when you wake up, or when you are in sports mode, e.g. using it for running. I sometimes catch mine doing it a bit randomly too.
