for pretending that DD goes to bed at the same time and in her own bed even with chicken pox?

please help. is this normal? DD refuses to go to bed (normally very fine with it), cries and cries while standing refuses to lie down although exhausted.

past week she's been going to bed at 10ish on the sofa or in our own bed - we move her when she's asleep. never sleeps with us normally.

is she having tantrums or is it normal when ill. she's 20m.

should I be strict or let it be till she recovers?

ps: she's not itchy.

My ds2 is 20 mths as well and in my (fairly limited) experience it is common for them not to want to go to bed "as normal" when they are ill. And then when they are better you can go back to the normal routine. Hope she is better soon.

PS Like the nickname!
