Help green poo

Hi, my 6 week old has started doing foul smelling green poos.
I have started using comfort milk as their stomach was swollen and they cry after feeding.
Any advice?

Hi according to NHS that seems normal for formula fed babies

It's the comfort milk. My ds did disgusting green poo when he was on it. It's normal.

Green poo can be totally normal - my dd had it a lot in the early days and it didn't really bother her. Discomfort after feeding and a swollen stomach plus green poo might be worth getting your gp or hv to check out as they could all together be a sign of a lactose intolerance or similar.

Thanks everyone.
