Hello all wonderful people out here...I am currently in house updating mode. Not much money to spare at all, but bits and pieces of essential maintenance to make it look a bit better.
I have removed the hallway carpets,as it was extremely tatty and was hoping to get the lovely Victorian tiles repaired.
The quotes for repair have come back extremely high. I have given up hope and want to get vinyl flooring down( it's cheaper and easy to clean unlike the carpet) until I save up to get the tiles repaired.
I was looking online and found this
www.atrafloor.com/vinyl-flooring/faux/
I absolutely love the designs but was hoping to spend less than what's advertised, as I am still going to go ahead with the repairs once saved up. No point spending too much on something, if it's not staying for long.
Please help me find these cheaper...

I got some vinyl like the kind of Moroccan tiles on your link on ebay very cheaply. It's worth a look.

this is it

Carpetright have some vinyl that comes in various geometric patterns at about £19 per sq m.

DollyPartonsBeard · 12/07/2017 14:19

Wow some of those are very snazzy! We've just got some faux stone ones from B&M for about 8 quid a sq/m but they're not a patch on those Moroccan ones.

I love what you've found there, OP.

Giant knitting 😁

but bits and pieces of essential maintenance to make it look a bit better.

Then step away from the hideous/tackky/very quickly dated vinyl flooring in the link. If you can't afford to renovate the lovely tiles then stick down cheap carpeting until you can.

Looks like the kind of stuff that a new owner would have ripped up and in the skip before you had got to the end of the street.
