New neighbours cut their hedge at the weekend. The large piles of trimmings are still on the pavement. It looks like they have attempted to start tidying up with a very small bag but that has been there some time.
I'd like to offer loan of my brush and shovel. I also have a million charity bags for the waste. My OH thinks there it would come across as passive aggressive to go over and just leave it (not met them before).
