for not wanting to go on holiday with my mum and step dad?

I was talking about holidays the other day with my mum when she suggested we (me, DD and DH) should go away together. I just feel its a bit 'much'. I havent been on holiday with her since I was 15 and I am pretty sure DH wont want to go away with the MIL. Am I being the bitch daughter from hell for feeling this?

hi micegg, no your not being the bitch daughter from hell you are ok to have these feelings as to be honest i dont think i'd much fancy going away with mil and fil either (from your dh's side) so as not to sound harsh to your m is there any chance you could just discuss it with your m and dh perhaps seperately? you must not be torn in two here as you have your own life and family now dont disrupt the piece with your dh over a hol with your m! X

I would starngle my mum if I had to spend a whole week with her. I love her I really do but there are limits......... having flash backs to teenage rows now.
