So he sees our dd in a contact centre due to dv.
My solicitor has written many many letters to his solicitor demanding my possessions and clothes due to him refusing to give them back. These items include very dear and sentimental items of a parent that passed away when i was young.
At the last session he told the person who supervises contact that hed bring my things today.
The contact centre just wrang saying that the session is happening but ex cant simply bring my possesions as he wont have time to go home to collect them and be on time to the session. Hes had 2 weeks to organise them and put them in the back of his car. I believe its yet another example of him trying to abuae me. I shall to the contact superviser this when we arrive.
I am beyond distrought.

It's totally deliberate. I do know people who are actually that disorganised and forgetful but it sounds like hebisbjust continuing his previous form of being a twat. Can you collect your things with a neutral escort or a police escort?

Nah my solicitor categorically said i musnt go near his property for safety and id have fto drag my dd up there. Its a 4 hour round trip.

Don't get me started on my ex! I ended up with the clothes on my back, only pics of DS as babies are the ones my mother has.
Lost everything,
He's a total loser, I laugh now as it just shows them for the pathetic idiots they are!

I would do police escort, if you feel able to. I couldn't stand to be within 10 ft and didn't want to put anyone in that position either.

He obviously getting a kick out of being an a#{ehole, I didn't want to give mine that satisfaction so told him to sort it!
He still loved me in his crazy abusive way so I got a kick out of him having to loose me!

Once when I walked and then having to sort all my stuff.

Good luck !

Sorry, if it's truly sentimental I would definitely get police involved, it's control, it's your things and it's obviously important to you.

I did manage to bag some things out to parents I needed for divorce when he wasn't in.

I'd have been up shit street if I hadn't too.

Again good luck
