Playing bingo few days ago had a few games open went back to one of the games and I said I had won see photo no money was in my account so after emailing they said I hadn't won that game and all money I was owed was paid they kept saying noodles 23 won that game not me but I'm noodles 23

Did yoU screen shot?
Does it show history of winners? Send that screen shot to customer services and ask them to investigate
