No period negative tests (posted for traffic)

I am on the marvlon pill am 3 weeks into my pill packet but didn't have a period on my week break 2 1/2 weeks ago. Have done numerous pg tests the last being this morning and all negative. What could be going on?

It's normal to miss periods when on the pill. Speak to your GP if concerned.

How long have you been taking this particular pill?

A few months after having been off it for a few years but was previously on the same pill for years and this has never happened before, the only times I have ever missed af was when I've been pg and I've always come up + straight away the day of a missed af.
I really don't want to be pg !!
I have been getting discomfort in my ovary area aswell which has never happened befor I don't know if that's related
