We're moving in a few weeks (yay) and I'm starting to worry about our deposit.
Over the past few months, damp has started to appear under the bath, in the hallway and lounge. I have reported it and EA saw it during one of their 'inspections'.
I've got a sneaky feeling they're going to try and claim the cost of cleaning/repainting out of my deposit.
WIBU to wipe down the walls and repaint over the damp areas in antifungal paint and say nothing more of the damp just before our checkout inspection?
