Not a mummy but not sure where to ask.
I'm 23 live at home with DM & DF but are away this weekend so I'm alone and have no one else to ask.
I think I might have TSS. I have been on my period this week but can't think that I've left a tampon in too long but been in Budapest for 3 days so been hot and could possibly have left one in a bit long.
Started this morning I have a headache, I definitely have a temp but not sure what as cant find thermometer, chills, I feel faint and I've had severe diarrhoea and felt very sick all day.
Could possibly be food poisoning as had a kebab from not the nicest place last night.
Can't decide if I have a rash because I'm red from being so hot.
I should call 111 shouldn't I?
I have a bit of health anxiety but I'm certain I'm not dramatic I really don't feel well at all.
