I bought a car a couple of weeks ago and the logbook has just arrived. They've printed my name wrong, missed the last letter off my first name, I am now Angel instead of Angela for example.

What do I do? If I repeat the process will they consider it a new sale and add Angel as a former keeper? If I use the other section for changing info, how will that work? I'm not actually changing address or my real name or anything.

Should I fill in change of details and add a letter in explaining what they did wrong?

Ok, I've read it again and pretty sure I use section 6 but don't tick new keeper box and hope they get it right.

Call them and ask for advice?

This happened to me - surname printed with an L ibn it instead of an I. Simply contacted them pointing out their error and was issued with a corrected one.
