To ask for teenage survival tips

We're at peak teenage time. Maybe a bit worse as he has SEN but a lot of the behaviour is classic teenage stuff - moodiness, pushing boundaries, selfishness etc.
I'm dreading another weekend of everyone at each other's throats.
What are your top tips for getting through this?

I used to play them the 'Kevin the teenager' Harry Enfield sketches on youtube. Never failed to amuse either them or me, but got across just how ridiculous they were being (when I say they were amused they'd try and pretend otherwise, but I'd always see a wry grin)

Remember this too shall pass. It is normal. I'm just now starting to get conversation from my 16 year old daughter after 3 years of grunting.

Firm boundaries and me remembering that I'm meant to be the adult both helped.

I like that @abigamarone. I might try that this weekend!
