My dd is two and has recently went off fruit and veg. She will eat pasta with a tomato sauce or red pesto, chips, cold meat like chicken and ham, smoked salmon, cheese, crisps, weetabix, bread and occasionally olives. I feel like her diet is so rubbish and I always offer her things off my plate to try but she just looks disgusted! She will also eat those ready meals for babies/toddlers but will turn her nose up at my homemade version (which her dad loves btw so it's not that my cooking is rank! Haha) help!

No, its her age and just a phase. She'll come through it eventually.i have a 2 year old currently doing similar; eldest also did this around the same age.

Make your own pasta sauce and blitz lots of veggies in it - she won't even know she is eating veg Grin

Don't make a fuss about it

Keep offering a variety of things

Make sure she sees you eating a wide variety of foods

Hide veg in pasta sauce, fruit in a milkshake etc

It's a phase she will grow out of it
