I am a massive worrier

Have a family holiday to Florida planned for end of July. DBs son has chicken pox and I am so worried DS will take them when we are going.

We thought he had them two weeks ago but he only got 7 spots some pics attached. Are these chicken pox someone tell me I'm over reacting

Looks more like bug bites

When did these spots come up?
2 weeks ago or now?

Peaches77 · 22/06/2017 00:58

Two weeks ago...can still see them but they are faded now. Was just hoping he had it over him will now spend next four weeks worrying he'll take them before the holiday 😫😫😫

They usually start on stomach or back areas

More like tiny blistered - they go from a few to loads in a few days - usually - some kids get a few and get it again later

He only had one spot on his Back, one on his front, one on his bum, one on his arm
,two on his leg, one in his ankle and two at side of his face but they were small like the ones in the pics

Peaches77,
Do you have a cat or a dog?
In my opinion as a mum to a 7 year old who has had chicken pox and insect bites I would say they look more like insect/flee bites or even a bed bug bite.
