Hi , my next door neighbours are off on holiday and there 18 year old is having a party I can't get my nearly 6 month old to fall asleep. Tried to talk to her but she is too drunk to care. WIBU to call her parents ? Should I just let her have her fun

Assuming it is a once off and not likely to happen all week, I would just let her be the inconsiderate teenager she is.. Of course if it continues through the weekend/again definitely call her parents. I know its shit op but sometimes we have to put up other peoples inconsiderate choices.

There's not a lot the parents can do if they're off on holiday, judging by the state of the teenager. I'm guessing the aftermath and clear up needed after the party will be quite sobering for her!

I would leave her to it, but potentially a quick chat tomorrow to check it isn't going to be an ongoing all week event!

And on the subject of clear up........... put your vacuum cleaner right up against the skirting board against the wall of the room she'll be in.
6am is good !

(Can you tell I live next to Party Teens Hmm )

Deal with it as a one off, but let the teen know she was thoughtless and inconsiderate.
If it happens again, I'd phone the parents.

.....and I'd let he know this at 6.00 am
