Ex and i have a private maintance agreement where he gives me £100 per month for two dds. Its pittance but pays for their drama/swimmimg. Trouble is both direct debits for the activities go out on the 18th of each month. Ex gets paid on the 15th and i have requested he pays maintance on the 15th. Every fucking month he doesn't pay till i ask. The minute i text he will pay straight away. So he has the fucking money just wants me to ask it?!? I'm getting to the point where i am just going to have to cancel their activities because I hate having to ask. Why oh why can't his children be more important than controlling me?
