Wedding weight loss AIBU

Hi everyone!

I'm going to be a bridesmaid at a relative's wedding at the end of July.

At the wedding, I'll be wearing a sleeveless maxi dress that's fairly low-cut.

I'm looking to lose a bit of weight before the wedding - would love to have nice slim and toned arms in particular. Also, I'm quite short (5 foot nothing!) so I do have to watch my weight.

AIBU to ask you for your weight loss tips and support please? If you'd like to join me here, you're more than welcome :)

Thank you!

Book yourself a session or two with a personal trainer if you can afford it (they will teach you the specific exercises to tone your desired areas).

Don't cut out carbs completely, but watch your macros if you like. Don't try to restrict yourself too much (as if you're anything like me, come the evening or middle of the night you'll be so hungry you snack on junk). Try to have 1/3-1/2 of your plate fruit, vegetables or salad with each meal. Walk or cycle rather than drive where you can. And cut alcohol if you're really serious....
