www.theyworkforyou.com

I just found out that my MP (who is in a very very safe Tory seat)...

Consistently voted against equal gay rights

Consistently voted against allowing marriage between two people of same sex

Consistently voted against allowing terminally ill people to be given assistance to end their life

Consistently voted against UK membership of the EU

Almost always voted against a right to remain for EU nationals already in living in the UK

Consistently voted for the bedroom tax

Consistently voted against spending public money to create guaranteed jobs for young people who have spent a long time unemployed

Consistently voted against increasing the tax rate applied to income over £150,000

Consistently voted against an annual tax on the value of expensive homes

Consistently voted for reducing the rate of corporation tax

Almost always voted against measures to reduce tax avoidance

Consistently voted against a lower voting age

Consistently voted against measures to prevent climate change

And the best one by far:

Consistently voted against a more proportional system for electing MPs.

Bloody hell. This is just a few of his voting preferences. There's more, but you get the general gist.

We can never get him out. He is so safe, he doesn't even bother campaigning.

What a Jeremy Hunt.

Or is he just a typical Tory?

It says at the top:

X is a Conservative MP, and on the vast majority of issues votes the same way as other Conservative MPs.
