Little crush on Jeremy Corbyn

Not me, you understand. It's my friend. My friend, ahem, has a crush on Jeremy Corbyn. She admires him and really enjoys watching him speak. It's a bit of a crush.

Is SHE being unreasonable?

He has awful teeth. Your "friend" should spend less time thinking Silver Fox and more time thinking Rank Teeth.about his teeth.

TheLegendofGreySock · 12/06/2017 20:47

I'll advise her accordingly. She really likes what he has to say, so she'll have to just watch his mouth with the sound off instead.

He has such a sincere face (she says).

I like his voice. He's very softly spoken but that's as far as I'll go. There is another thread on here where mumsnetters discussed his virtues. After reading it I started to get stirrings so Ive tried to erase the memory.

Flumpernickel · 12/06/2017 20:49

Grim.

Runny · 12/06/2017 20:49

Would she like to see his vegetable patch OP?

LuxuryWoman2017 · 12/06/2017 20:49

Yes I have a friend like this, she doesn't exactly fancy JC but would like to spend lots of time with him. This friend of mine has a crush on Ed Balls of all people, she tells me she daydreams about being married to Ed with JC as a good friend they hang out with. she's a funmy one, my 'friend'

TheLegendofGreySock · 12/06/2017 20:50

I missed that thread!

He has a wonderful voice, she thinks.

Huh, I also have a ermmmmm, friend who feels the same. Funny eh ;)

TheLegendofGreySock · 12/06/2017 20:51

I can understand where your friend is coming from. Luxury!

Yes, Runny, she'd like to see inside his potting shed.

Maudlinmaud · 12/06/2017 20:53

Stop! I will not be sucked into this!
I hope he's not on newsnight this eve.

Pity the poor young intern who has to report this thread in the Tuesday morning social media briefing Grin.

Changesorter · 12/06/2017 20:58

Charisma and power is sexy. He's persuasive and genuine.

Ankleswingers · 12/06/2017 20:59

Can't see it myself.

Each to their own.Shock

surferjet · 12/06/2017 21:04

His sons are quite nice. Blush

Brittbugs80 · 12/06/2017 21:06

I went to school with a girl who was in love with John Major ( junior school)

I used to have a crush on Pete Waterman. Never for a Politician though.

LuxuryWoman2017 · 12/06/2017 21:07

He could genuinely persuade me changesorter Blush

Runny · 12/06/2017 21:07

His youngest son Tommy is very good looking. Google him if you don't believe me.

Runny · 12/06/2017 21:08

Ooooh my DM used to fancy John Major. Brittbugs post has just reminded me of that! He always seemed so dull, but then he'd been having it away with Edwina Currie the whole time.

elevenclips · 12/06/2017 21:10

OP show your friend some movies. Proper fit men in them. Does your friend only watch politics?

Parrcful · 12/06/2017 21:13

I've got a friend who's the same 😂

TheLegendofGreySock · 12/06/2017 21:20

My friend watches all sorts of films and programmes.

I think it's the decency of the man. The power. All of that!

He's a rebel, but caring. Intelligent, but humble.
