To ask for urgent slimming world related advice?!

Ok ok, I know full well I'm massively unreasonable but can anyone tell me if the frozen SW burgers cook ok on the BBQ or am i better to oven cook them?

They are nicer grilled than oven cooked and will be fine on BBQ as long as you make sure it's cooked through completely.
