Parking with diagram

I'm also tempted to just take a photo because the diagram does not do this awful parking justice. He's been doing it for a week now.

'Entrance' is considerably larger than 'exit' in terms of width and larger cars cannot get IN the exit due to the swing turn needed on the outside road. So it's ok getting out, but hard to get IN the exit

Pink is available parking
Orange is the offending car but what I didn't show was that there is also a 5 ft gap between the wall and car - so it's almost just in the middle

There is one space in car park 1 that has a parking bollard.

The only way into the car park 2 is in the exit or over the grass area surrounding parking space in car park 1 with a bollard (don't know who did this)

Car park 1 is for certain residents and car park 2 for separate residents. I'm a car park 2 resident.

Pink car parking in car park 2 means parking under some trees that leave sticky stuff on your car. Car parking in 2 outside the building is reserved

Car park 1 is always full but car park 2 is half empty (under the trees)

I'm going to leave a note Grin

If they don't alter their behaviour after you leave a witty but cutting note, check the deeds and then raise it with the management company should the deeds exclude the right to park there.

Have left the note. At least if they need to park there they should use a space not invent their own!!

So now we have to wait. See why the silly beggar parks so selfishly.
