the garage has cancelled again. van was due to go in tomorrow to have the lock on the sliding door fixed. just had a call to say they don't have a courtesy car.
first time I took van in they said the door was ok.......until I showed them. so day wasted.
then they said they would ring me in a week when part was in.
I phoned them a month later and they denied all knowledge of seeing my van.
so was booked in again.
then they cancelled as they had a lot of cars to fix due to the petrol problem(i understood that)
so they booked me in for tomorrow.
now what should I do.
think shit happens and wait for my new booking when they have a courtesy car.....
or ring up and kick up a stick,
it is a motability van and I will be with the garage for the next 5 years.
