To be really annoyed at the workmen?

I don't if I am BU or not. We have workmen in today sorting out plumbing for pipes etc. we've had to clear the entire bedroom of everything we could (apart from the fitted wardrobes!) and they were planning to have it all done today. They would have done had the main guy not spend 3 hours on his phone in his van while his junior tried his best to do it all without him. Hmm
We've piled all the other bedrooms high which was fine for a day but I've now been told they need to come back and do another 3 hours Hmm but they are busy for a week and a half. My children can barely get into their bedrooms as they're full
of all our furniture and it has to stay this way for a week and a half.
AIBU to be annoyed and think if he hadn't been on his phone for so long they would have for it all done? They're still here (have to put all the floorboards back down so we can sleep in the room) and he's on his own again leaving his junior to work alone again (who is fab but can't do it all alone!)

I would have shouted willy willy willy at him

Have you tried going in and suggesting to him they'd stand a better chance of finishing if he helped his junior?

That's fine - tell them you'll be deducting 10% of the price for each day it isn't completed!
