To ask about stopping breastfeeding mood swings

Asking here for traffic as no response on other threads.

Baby is a year and down to one feed a day. Have been stopping slowly dropping feed a fortnight etc

But I feel so werid and wobbly. Bursting into tears over nothing, hugely emotional etc

Nothing else going on and normally fine.

Is this a post breastfeeding hormone wobble or something else. And if so what do I do

I had this as well with both of my dc.
I fed to about 14 months and gradually weaned them off, but I still became very emotional and wobbly as I stopped. I spoke to a doctor about it who said it is absolutely normal, but if it doesn't settle then go back and see them. I think it is just the hormones regulating.
