Do I send him to London?

I recently moved to ireland with my 3 year old son.

He's due to go over to see his dad next week who lives in north London.

Given recent events I'm reluctant to send him.

Am I being stupid or would you wait until things calm down? He's going for a week.

Which part of north London? It seems very unlikely something will happen outside of key areas in London.

Where in N London? Broadly, yes, I would still send him.

pipsqueak25 · 04/06/2017 09:43

you are concerned, but life really does go on millions of people move around the capital every year with no incident.

Pinkheart5919 · 04/06/2017 09:49

I don't think you can not send him tbh, it's a contact visit to see his father and that isn't a reason to withhold the access.

The risk for the uk isn't going to go down so when will he be allowed to London to see his dad if you cancel this time? Next month? 6 month time? A year?

I'm sorry you feel anxious and I think that's normal, your a Mum it's only natural to worry but you can't let your ds see that and need to find a way to calm yourself

Near Tottenham.

I will be sending him, just really nervous but again it could be anyone anywhere.

My mum and sister thinks I shouldn't but I've lived there for long enough to know he'll be ok. Can't help worrying thought.
