The kids at my dd school are saying it's a bomb, they are on lockdown and windows to some of the dorms have gone through.
They must be scared stiff poor mites, they are still texting her now.

So sorry for all those with loved ones there.

Officials have to treat the incident as a possible terror attack. Securing the area etc. It's part of the investigation.

This is still all that they're confirming as verified news so far.
