Slightly concerned I'm morphing into a MN parody version of myself..

Warning... lighthearted but simultaneously serious..

I only really got into mumsnet in the last year or so but since reading it I have become:

a mother of 3 under 5s
mother in law has moved in upstairs
I adore my kids but not sure if I've said anything nice to them for 24 hours
every day is a struggle to reach coffee time... and then another struggle to reach wine time..
DH is a wally
and I'm fairly convinced we've reached the political apocalypse so not sure anything really matters anyway..
and don't even ask how embarrased I am about my facebook addiction. Or how much I love/respect The Unmumsy Mum.

Today I refused to open a banana for the 3 year old... because the last 3 times I gave him a banana he didn't want it anymore once it was open and I'm sick of eating unwanted bananas (or having the contents of my bag smeared with them). We were in a busy playground. He bawled. I looked like the meanest cow ever.

People, I'm feeling ridiculous. Please can you remind me I'm not alone?

You aren't alone. Kids are pains

Nah a MN parody would be walking around tinkly laughing at everyone and asking them if they meant to be so rude and/or are they on glue?
