To not want to be told i look fed up

I got told i looked fed up by the woman behind the counter in a cafe today. Hmm She said, "you look right fed up, are you?
"Err no, i'm not fed up at all"
Wasn't this a bit personal? I mean what if i was, would she expect an explanation.

People say that to me. Especially in meetings. I can only assume I have resting bitch face. People are rude!

I know word if i was fed up i wouldn't want to have to explain why to a stranger. I wondered what she expected me to say.

Yanbu.

If you were or weren't, what business is it of hers?!

pigeonsplats · 14/05/2017 22:41

Fed up of people telling her she looks fed up.

None of her business OP, whether your were fed up or not. It was probably an attempt at 'small talk', although not an appropriate topic.
I have resting bitch face, and look permanently miserable. No one asks me if I'm fed up maybe they just assume I am.
