Right, apologies for the following. once again, the joiner who is supposed to be fixing our stairwell has failed to show up. this is about the millionth time! also, dh annoying me by complaining about the location of our house (a bit run down, but in today's market, what can you do if you want a place bigger than a shoe box?). goes on and on and on..... We have spent the past 2 years gutting the place, mainly ourselves and i happen to like it. Got PMT on top of that and face like a pizza. and
