Hubby has been out for the evening. No issue with that, he goes out once a week to play pool. However he has come home after having a few drinks and is now laid in bed next to me snoring. I am wide awake and it's pissing me off. Would a judge look favourably on me if I pleaded crime of passion????

Depends whether the judge's DP is a snorer or not.

I think stabbing may be a little harsh - I'm the snorer in my house so I may be a bit biased - a sharp dig in the ribs normally works.

I'm pissed off with my DP too. No matter what time and how much he claims he's quiet when he comes to bed, our 7.5 month old DS always wakes up within 15 mins of him 'creeping' upstairs. Once DP is in bed (and he usually stays up to make sure I get solid sleep) the onus is entirely on me; I've just spent the last 90 mins battling to get our son back off to sleep and he's clearly knackered. DP is snoring/farting next to me

I would go downstairs and sleep on the couch as I don't have a spare room or bed.

Farting in bed is revolting. Basically forcing someone to inhale your toxic arse fumes

Hubby had hangover this morning. Made slightly worse by the fact our 6 year old jumped on him first thing this morning, he had to take car to garage and sort other jobs out round the house. He cooked me dinner too so he is forgiven
