Hello, I was wondering would anyone be able to recommend a fantastic residential summer camp for a 13 year old boy in Kent, West Sussex, Surrey or South London. Thank you!!

What is he interested in?

AnotheBloodyChinHair · 30/04/2017 18:23

Apart from competitive team sports, he'll get interested in anything and everything if he's in the right environment. Would like to push him a little out of his comfort zone...

Pgl. They do brilliant Activity holidays

If he's into coding and so on, these are really good. Not done a residential but the day courses are great. www.firetechcamp.com/

Teen daughter has just come back from her 2nd PGL holiday and she loves it

Does it have to be there? I can recommend an amazing one in Croatia. You can bung your s on a plane to London, he'd get collected by the staff and have the best fortnight of his life.

This is good on Chichester Harbour

13 might be a bit in between as the younger ones seem to attract up to about Year 7 and the teen one might start at 14.....

AnotheBloodyChinHair · 30/04/2017 19:10

Yes it does have to be here, specifically Sussex, Kent and South London, definitely not Croacia Grin.

Jenny DS would love the coding ones but actually I'd rather he experienced other activities. He spends far too much time in front of the PC.

So he's 12/13 this school year? Rootcamp starts at 14 & is very good.

AnotheBloodyChinHair · 30/04/2017 21:17

He's only just turned 13
