Posted for traffic here.

Is a good value for money? I'm not sure about it yet. I'm quite tempted to buy the pass but I would like to hear your experience. Thanks!

I don't think the premier pass allows you to get to the front of a queue. You have to buy q bot or fast tracks on the day and they are very expensive
I believe parking is free with that pass and not sure of other benefits
I'm sure parks are open in the winter. Maybe closed for a while? There are definitely restrictions though. We went to Legoland around Christmas and couldn't use our merlin pass to get it. I think August is another time where you have to check you can use them. Do lots and lots of research. We had to visit Legoland/Chessington just three times to make our money.

Premium passes mean you can join a fast track queue at the Eye and Madam Tussauds. It doesn't let you skip the queues in the park. If you want to do that you would need VIP passes which include unlimited fastrack. The only real advantages of the premium passes are free parking and no restriction on dates

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned it here, just for the future, you can buy them in January (sale), and pick up in May, June, whenever you're ready. They start from the day you pick them up, not date of purchase.

Depends on what attractions you think you will use - you would not be able to go to London ones in August plus bank holidays. You also get 2 take a friend vouchers and 2 fast track vouchers with the premium. The London eye has had massive queues both times we have been so premium definitely worth it there.

I had a terrible experience with my merlin annual pass. Awful people to deal with. They ruin my daughters 15th birthday😭

Just read this on the terms and conditions!!! No entry into THORPE PARK Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort and Warwick Castle on any Friday, Saturday or Sunday in August 2018 or the 1st and 2nd September 2018

What can i say its a fun day out, great rides and there are refill stations for water. Like any Theme park you pay through the nose for food and drink, but i guess that is to be expected. What i wasn't expecting when purchased i premium yearly pass was to not have access to all the facilities - Special events and such - OK, totally understand that would be expected - But like all large corporations they sell to you on the website what you get for your money, but what they don't tell you is they hide all the restrictions in the T's and C's - For me that's just pure and simple deception and lies - if they put it on the main page that bigs up everything - fair enough but they bury it all in a great wall of text called the T's and C's - so after spending over 750 for a family of four - to find out on the day you have to pay extra for access after spending so much money and you go to complain and some snotty nose teenager looks at you and says its all in the T's and C's and does not care- well i think that sums up Merlin as a whole- Not to mention the only number is a premium number if you want to call and find out more - Sure its my fault for not reading a great wall of text that makes your eyes bleed - kids had a great day out after getting over the disappointment

@Fitzuk I’m not sure the OP is still deciding if it’s worth it 2 years later
