To wonder if I am going through the menopause

I am 36 in June.

After years of perfect 28 day cycles I've had 2 haphazard months. Periods within 2 weeks of each other.

Is this the menopause? Or start of it?

Does early menopause run in the family? At 36 I don't think you'd be in perimenopause otherwise.

I don't know - I hope not. Bit worried x
