Just feeling that my workplace is a bit cliquey atm.
Colleagues are lovely but often talk about nights out to which i am not invited. I dont think i am intentionally left out but who knows?
There is a real mix of ages, parents and non parents. Has anyone else had this ? Im too stubborn to invite myself!

My workplace is like this, lots of little cliques going out together or days out together, cinema trips even holidays together.
It used to upset me but I don't let it bother me anymore. Some people are just friends with others outside of work and everyone can't be invited.

Short of trying to get in on a clique try to organise your own.... but I'd worry no-one would come to mine.... but that's just me.
Realisation that you can't be friends with everyone is the key.
