To wonder if anyone around is an Arabic speaker/reader?

I have been given a table runner and want to know more about it. I have found the website of the store it was bought from (in Iran) but I don't speak or read Arabic so am now stumped!

It's probably not Arabic if it's Iranian, they don't speak it there.

The bits in biro are Arabic numbers and Persian initials, I think.
