Where to get breast surgery done...

I asked a few weeks ago about breast augmentation and i received lots of advice. After further thought and going through our finances with a fine toothcomb I have come to the conclusion to go ahead with surgery... so to all the ladies that were kind enough to share their surgical experiences with me, could i please ask where you had your proceedure done. I live in the north west, manchester, liverpool, leeds, preston etc are within easy reach. Many thanks again.

I had mine done a long time ago (almost 10 years), so my advice might be out of date, but I'd recommend researching surgeons rather than hospitals/companies. This is because most surgeons work for multiple companies (i.e. Transform, MYA etc) and travel around the country regularly. Then just see who offers this surgeon for the lowest price! Personally my most painful point was 2/3 days post surgery so I'd be put off going abroad for this reason, id also not bother paying extra for an overnight hospital stay as it's far more comfortable traveling home when your still high on morphine! I used to sofeminine.co.uk forum which had lots of advice too.
